İşbu Aydınlatma Metni, veri sorumluları sıfatıyla tarafından Merve Alpay Erengül şahıs işletmesi (“UNIONION” olarak anılacaktır) olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliği hususuna azami hassasiyet göstermekteyiz. Bu bilinçle, UNIONION’un etkileşim içerisine olduğu gerçek kişilere ait kişisel verilerin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”)’na, Kanun’a bağlı yürürlüğe koyulan ve koyulacak ikincil düzenlemelere (yönetmelik, tebliğ, genelge) ve bağlayıcı nitelikteki Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurul’u tarafından alınmış ve alınacak kararlara uygun olarak işlenerek, muhafaza edilmesine büyük önem atfetmekteyiz. Bu sorumluluğumuzun tam idraki ile Kanun’da tanımlı şekli ile “Veri Sorumlusu” sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizi aşağıda izah edildiği surette ve mevzuat tarafından emredilen sınırlar çerçevesinde işlemekteyiz.
İşbu Aydınlatma Metni kapsamında kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla UNIONION bünyesinde yer alan aşağıda bilgileri paylaşılan şirketler tarafından işlenmektedir:

Uygulamamız üzerinden sunulan hizmetlerden faydalanmanız sırasında; işlem güvenliğinin sağlanması, uygulama kullanımının analiz edilmesi ve hizmet kalitesinin geliştirilmesi amaçlarıyla log kayıtları, cihaz bilgileri ve dijital tanımlayıcılar vasıtasıyla toplanan kişisel verileriniz aşağıda liste halinde sunulmaktadır:

Özel Nitelikli Kişisel Veriler:
Cinsiyet kimliği, kullanıcının eşleşmek istediği cinsiyete ilişkin tercihleri gibi kişinin cinsel hayatına ilişkin doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak çıkarım yapılmasına imkân verebilecek bilgiler
Uygulama içerisinde profilinize isteğe bağlı (opsiyonel) olarak eklediğiniz cinsiyet kimliği ve eşleşme tercihlerinizin yanı sıra; oyun içi kart seçimleriniz, soru/cevap tercihleriniz ve etkileşimde bulunduğunuz profil türleri üzerinden sistemimiz tarafından arka planda açık rıza veren kullanıcılar bakımından algoritmik analizler yapılabilmektedir.
Bu analizler sonucunda elde edilen dolaylı çıkarımlar (örneğin ilgi duyabileceğiniz profil tipleri veya eşleşme eğilimleriniz), cinsel kimliğe ilişkin dolaylı veri niteliği taşıyabilir. Söz konusu veriler ve algoritmik çıkarımlar; size en uygun oyun arkadaşlarını/eşleşmeleri önermek ve eşleştirme algoritmasını kişiselleştirmek amacıyla, açık rızanıza dayanılarak işlenmektedir.
Açık rıza vermemeniz halinde söz konusu özel nitelikli kişisel veriler eşleştirme sonuçlarının kişiselleştirilmesi amacıyla kullanılmaz. Eşleştirme özelliğinden yararlanmaya devam edebilir ve cinsiyet tercihi uygulanmaksızın genel kullanıcı havuzu üzerinden eşleştirilebilirsiniz.

Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda belirtilen işleme amaçlarının yerine getirilebilmesi amacıyla ve Kanun’un 8. maddesinde öngörülen usul ve esaslara uygun olarak; kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına, adli ve idari mercilere, bilgi teknolojileri, bulut altyapısı, veri tabanı barındırma, veri depolama, bildirim gönderimi, kimlik doğrulama, uygulama içi satın alma doğrulama, e-posta gönderimi, hata ve performans izleme, ürün analitiği, reklam ölçümü ve reklam kaynağı ilişkilendirmesi ve kullanıcı destek hizmetleri kapsamında hizmet alınan tedarikçilere ve iş ortaklarına, gerekli olduğu ölçüde ve gerekli teknik ve idari tedbirler alınmak suretiyle aktarılabilecektir.
Bu kapsamda kişisel verileriniz;

Kişisel verileriniz; MongoDB Atlas veri tabanı hizmetinin Avrupa Birliği’nde, Frankfurt bölgesinde; Mixpanel hizmetinin Avrupa Birliği bölgesinde, Adjust GmbH tarafından sunulan reklam ölçümü hizmetinin Almanya/Avrupa Birliği’nde, Google Cloud uygulama sunucularının İsviçre’de, Zürih bölgesinde; Google Cloud Storage, Sentry ve SendGrid hizmetlerinin ise Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde bulunan altyapılar üzerinden sunulması nedeniyle yurt dışına aktarılabilecektir.
Kişisel verilerinizin yurt dışına aktarılması, Kanun’un 9. maddesi ile Kişisel Verilerin Yurt Dışına Aktarılmasına İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Yönetmelik hükümleri uyarınca, Kanun’da öngörülen aktarım şartlarından birinin sağlanması ve uygulanabilir uygun güvence mekanizmalarının tesis edilmesi suretiyle gerçekleştirilecektir.
Kanun’un 11. maddesi kapsamındaki haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, UNIONION’a iletmek üzere oluşturulan kanalımız aracılığıyla;

Special Categories of Personal Data: Gender identity, matching preferences regarding the gender of users with whom the user wishes to be matched, and other information that may directly or indirectly enable inferences about the user's gender identity.
In addition to the gender identity and matching preferences that you voluntarily (optionally) add to your profile within the application, our system may perform background algorithmic analysesfor users who have provided their explicit consent, based on your in-game card selections, question-and-answer preferences, and the types of profiles you interact with. The indirect inferences generated through these analyses (for example, the types of profiles you may be interested in or your matching tendencies) may constitute indirect data relating to your gender identity. Such data and algorithmic inferences are processed on the basis of your explicit consent for the purpose of recommending the most suitable matches and personalizing the matching algorithm.
If you do not provide your explicit consent, the relevant special categories of personal data will not be used for the purpose of personalizing matching results. You may continue to use the matching feature and may be matched through the general user pool without taking gender preferences into account.

Your personal data may be transferred abroad because MongoDB Atlas database services are hosted in the Frankfurt region of the European Union; Mixpanel services are provided within the European Union; the advertising measurement service provided by Adjust GmbH is hosted in Germany and the European Union, Google Cloud Platform application servers are located in the Zurich region of Switzerland; and Google Cloud Storage, Sentry, and SendGrid services are provided through infrastructure located in the United States.
Any transfer of your personal data abroad will be carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad, provided that one of the transfer conditions prescribed under the Law is satisfied and the applicable appropriate safeguards have been implemented.
