İşbu Açık Rıza Metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'na uygun olarak hazırlanan Genel Aydınlatma Metni'nde detaylı olarak açıklanan hususlar kapsamında, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine yönelik açık rızanızın alınması amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Aşağıda belirtilen kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi tamamen özgür iradenize bağlı olup, açık rıza vermemeniz hâlinde mobil uygulamanın temel işlevlerinden yararlanmanız engellenmeyecek; ancak açık rıza gerektiren ilgili özelliklerden faydalanmanız mümkün olmayabilecektir. Vermiş olduğunuz açık rızayı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
Açık rızamı geri almam halinde, bu tarihten sonra yeni ses kaydı işlenmeyeceği; geri alma tarihinden önce oluşturulmuş ses kayıtlarının ise Genel Aydınlatma Metni'nde belirtilen hukuki sebepler kapsamında, oluşturuldukları tarihten itibaren 30 günlük (güvenlik ve moderasyon gereklilikleri hâlinde sınırlı olarak uzatılabilen) saklama süresinin sonuna kadar saklanmaya devam edebileceği konusunda bilgilendirildim.
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında, uygulama üzerinden oluşturduğum oturum içi ses kayıtlarımın ve sesli mesajlarımın; kullanıcılar arasında sesli iletişim özelliğinin sunulması, oluşturduğum sesli içeriğin ilgili kullanıcıya iletilmesi ve kural olarak oluşturulduğu tarihten itibaren 30 gün süreyle (güvenlik ve moderasyon gereklilikleri hâlinde sınırlı olarak uzatılabilecek şekilde) saklanması amaçlarıyla Unionion tarafından işlenmesine açık rızam vardır.
This Explicit Consent Text has been prepared for the purpose of obtaining your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data within the scope of the matters explained in detail in the General Privacy Notice prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu — “KVKK”).
The processing of the personal data specified below is entirely subject to your free will. If you choose not to provide your explicit consent, you will still be able to benefit from the core functionalities of the mobile application; however, you may not be able to use certain features that require your explicit consent. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
I have been informed that, if I withdraw my explicit consent, no new voice recordings will be processed from the date of withdrawal onwards. Voice recordings created before the date of withdrawal may, however, continue to be retained on the legal grounds specified in the General Privacy Notice until the end of the 30-day retention period calculated from the date on which they were created.
Within the scope of KVKK, I hereby give my explicit consent to Unionion for the processing of my in-session voice recordings and voice messages created through the mobile application for the purposes of providing the voice communication feature between users, transmitting the voice content I create to the relevant user, and retaining such voice content, as a rule, for a period of 30 days from the date on which it is created; this period may be extended on a limited basis where security and moderation requirements so require.
