İşbu Açık Rıza Metni, 6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'na uygun olarak hazırlanan Genel Aydınlatma Metni'nde detaylı olarak açıklanan hususlar kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine yönelik açık rızanızın alınması amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Aşağıda belirtilen kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi tamamen özgür iradenize bağlı olup, açık rıza vermemeniz halinde mobil uygulamanın temel işlevlerinden yararlanmanız engellenmeyecektir. Açık rıza vermemeniz halinde cinsiyet kimliğiniz ve eşleşme tercihleriniz eşleştirme sonuçlarının kişiselleştirilmesinde kullanılmayacaktır. Bu durumda uygulamanın hizmetlerinden faydalanabilmeniz amacıyla eşleştirmeler cinsiyet tercihi uygulanmaksızın genel kullanıcı havuzu üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir. Her halükarda vermiş olduğunuz açık rızayı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz.
6698 Sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında; cinsiyet kimliğim ve eşleşmek istediğim cinsiyete ilişkin tercihlerim dahil olmak üzere, cinsel kimliğime ilişkin doğrudan ya da dolaylı olarak çıkarım yapılmasına imkan verebilecek özel nitelikli kişisel verilerimin; kullanıcı profilimin oluşturulması ve yönetilmesi, eşleşme tercihlerimin dikkate alınması, eşleştirme sonuçlarının tercihlerime göre kişiselleştirilmesi ve eşleştirme algoritmasının bu tercihler doğrultusunda çalıştırılması amaçlarıyla Unionion tarafından işlenmesine açık rızam vardır.
Açık rıza vermemem veya vermiş olduğum açık rızayı geri almam halinde eşleştirme özelliğini kullanmaya devam edebileceğim ancak eşleştirmelerde cinsiyet tercihlerimin dikkate alınmayacağı ve genel kullanıcı havuzu üzerinden eşleştirileceğim konusunda bilgilendirildim.
This Explicit Consent Text has been prepared for the purpose of obtaining your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data within the scope of the matters explained in detail in the General Privacy Notice prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu — “KVKK”).
The processing of the personal data specified below is entirely voluntary. If you choose not to provide your explicit consent, you will still be able to benefit from the core functionalities of the mobile application. If you do not provide your explicit consent, your gender identity and matching preferences will not be used to personalize matching results. In this case, you will be matched from the general user pool without taking gender preferences into account. You may withdraw any explicit consent you have provided at any time.
Within the scope of KVKK, I hereby give my explicit consent to Unionion for the processing of my special categories of personal data that may enable direct or indirect inferences to be made regarding my sexual identity, including my gender identity and my preferences regarding the gender of the persons with whom I wish to match, for the purposes of creating and managing my user profile, taking my matching preferences into account, personalizing matching results based on my preferences, and operating the matching algorithm in accordance with those preferences.
I have been informed that this explicit consent is limited to the processing activities and purposes specified above and that, if I do not provide my explicit consent or if I withdraw any explicit consent I have provided, I may continue to use the matching feature; however, my gender preferences will not be taken into account in matching, and I will be matched from the general user pool.
